The April 2026 issue of Arnoldus Nota invites us into the mystery of Easter—where wounds are not the end, but the beginning of new life. Grounded in the Generalate Administration motto, “Called to Become Faithful and Creative Disciples of the Light in a Wounded World,” it reminds us that mission today is lived between suffering and hope.

At the heart of this edition is the Second Mission Horizons letter of Fr. Anselmo Ribeiro. Reflecting on the realities of war, migration, and human fragility, he explains that vulnerability is not an obstacle to mission but a privileged place of encounter with God.

The issue also presents mission stories from the four zones—EUROPE, PANAM, AFRAM, and ASPAC—highlighting how the Word continues to take flesh in diverse contexts. We also congratulate the newly elected PRM leaders, entrusting their service to the Risen Lord.

In this Easter light, we are renewed as missionaries—faithful, creative, and sent as signs of hope in a wounded world.
