The 2023 Synod of Bishops has ended, and it was a particular time for our faith family. It brought bishops, clergy, and people from different churches and groups. We talked and thought about important things.

What made this Synod special was how much our parishes and groups got involved in the first part of the Synod. Seeing so many people participating, sharing their thoughts, and making their voices heard was beautiful.

The Synodal SVDs, part of our religious family, also joined us. They shared their experiences and brought the Synod closer and more significant.

The Synod’s theme was Communion, Participation, and Mission. These words are important to us as a religious community. Father Paulus Budi Kleden and the Leadership Team share a reflection to help us understand these values and how we can live them in our communities.
