On 19 September, a long bus travel towards Brixen and Oies not only gave the participants a glimpse of the homeland of Father Freinademetz but also the family stories and the pilgrims’ testimony of the powerful intercession of St. Freinademetz narrated at his parental home was heartening and encouraging to listen to.

Centro Ad gentes, Nemi was home to the participants for five weeks. Well-presented inputs on human formation, spiritual growth, intercultural competence, accompaniment skills, etc. and a few organized and personal visits to certain pilgrimage sites enriched the experience of the participants. Besides the rich two months of intercultural experience, a guided retreat done in silence was a grace-filled time for most of them to get in touch their inner-self and the divine.

The organization of the workshop and the coordinated effort of the course team was well appreciated by all the participants. On 29 October the workshop was concluded with the Holy Mass presided by vice-general, Fr. Xavier Thirukudumbam and on the following day, the participants bade goodbye to Nemi.
