This 8^th September 2024, as we celebrate 149 years of God’s immense grace to the SVD and in joyful anticipation of SVD@150 in 2025, like St. Arnold, may we continue to be inspired by the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  One may say, these are difficult times.  One could be overwhelmed by the challenges surrounding our missionary endeavors.  Like St. Arnold, may we remain focused on the giver of the Mission whose grace upon us is overflowing.  So we could also say, “It is not me but the Lord.  And like Mary, may our trust and faith in God be complete so we could also say, “Let it be done to me according to your word.
