On June 11, 2025, a heartwarming gesture of support and encouragement lit up the faces of young learners in Tala, as Janseva Society organized a distribution of stationery for children attending supplementary classes. The initiative, thoughtfully aimed at nurturing education among underprivileged students, saw the participation of 123 children ranging from 3rd to 10th standard.

The event was more than just a distribution — it was a celebration of hope, learning, and community care. The atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm as children received sets of essential stationery items, including notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, and geometry kits — tools that would go a long way in aiding their academic journey. Teachers who accompany and guide these children in their studies were also present, sharing in the joy and taking pride in the attention being given to their students’ needs.

This meaningful program was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Sacred Heart Church, Andheri East, and St. Arnold School, Andheri East, whose continued commitment to social upliftment reflects a deep sense of responsibility towards education and the well-being of marginalized communities. Their involvement not only ensured the smooth execution of the event but also added a sense of shared purpose to the occasion.

Excitement and smiles filled the Janseva Society grounds in Tala on June 11, 2025, as children from supplementary classes received essential school supplies to support their learning journey.

Members of Janseva Society expressed heartfelt gratitude to the sponsors and volunteers, reaffirming their dedication to creating inclusive educational opportunities for all children, regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds. The smiles on the children’s faces stood as the most powerful testimony to the day’s impact — a reminder that even small acts of kindness can sow the seeds of a brighter future.

The event concluded with words of encouragement from the organizers and teachers, urging students to make the most of the resources and continue their pursuit of learning with confidence and perseverance.
