Following the recommendations of the protocols from the most recent visits by the General Councilors, the Propaedeutic Stage has been separated from the Philosophy/Postulancy Stage. While the latter will continue in the Archdiocese of Maputo, the Propaedeutic Stage will take place in the Northern District, in Nampula, thus responding to the Region’s formation and missionary needs.

This year, God has blessed the Region with 14 young men beginning their first year of the Propedeutic Stage. The entire community is invited to accompany them in prayer, asking the Lord for the grace of sound vocational discernment and perseverance on their formation journey.
