Public Lectures on “Witnessing to the Light: From Everywhere to Everyone.” from Mission Perspective
To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Society of the Divine Word’s foundation and missionary service, the Australia Province is organizing a series of four public lectures under the theme “Witnessing to the Light: From Everywhere to Everyone.” The series will explore this theme through the lens of the SVD’s four characteristic dimensions.
The second lecture, examining the theme from the Mission Perspective, will be held on February 19, 2025, with Fr. Stanislaus T. Lazar, SVD, Mission Secretary (2012-2025) Generalate, Rome, and Fr. Albano Da Costa, SVD, Pres., Australian Association for Mission Studies (AAMS)
