Thanksgiving Eucharist
This past Sunday, September 29, the Collegio community celebrated a thanksgiving Eucharist for the new members of the General Council, who have just assumed their roles with a strong sense of dedication and commitment. The Mass was presided over by the Superior General, while the Vice General, in his homily, highlighted the importance of service and the responsibility that this new mission entails within the religious community.
The event included the participation of all the members of the General Council, who took an active part in the ceremony, demonstrating their unity and readiness to face the challenges of this new phase. The community joined together in prayer, acknowledging the fundamental role of leadership in the spiritual and pastoral life of the congregation.
Also present at the Eucharist were Monsignors Emmanuel Kofi Fianu of Ghana and Edgardo Cedeño Muñoz of Panama. Both, through their testimony and closeness, contributed a sense of universality to the celebration. Their presence was a reminder of the global nature of the Church’s mission and the shared commitment to building communities of faith and service around the world.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the attendees shared moments of fellowship and reflection, giving thanks to God for the new leaders who, guided by the Holy Spirit, will continue their work of service and dedication to evangelical values over the next six years.
