In Kabwe, Zambia, amidst the bustling energy of a mining town, stands the New Novitiate, a testament to faith and community. This novitiate, born from dedication and collaboration, holds promise for the future of religious life.

Construction: A Shared Vision The building of the New Novitiate was a labor of love, uniting skilled hands and unwavering determination. Each brick laid symbolized the commitment and prayers of those involved. The architectural design blends modernity with reverence, creating a space for contemplation and inspiration.

Blessing: A Sacred Moment On April 2nd, 2024, under the clear sky, the New Novitiate awaited its consecration. Priests, religious men and women, and faithful gathered for this sacred event. Led by Rt. Rev. Clement Mulenga, SDB, the chief shepherd of the Catholic Diocese of Kabwe, the novitiate was blessed and consecrated. With prayers and blessings, the space was dedicated to honor God and serve as a foundation of peace and joy.

It stands as a beacon of hope, nurturing vocations and fostering spiritual growth.
